$125/person each way · Season May–August. We can run a shuttle with a minimum of 6 riders. There will be 14 seats available on each shuttle. Once a date is open, individuals can join.

All shuttle dates are finalized by June 1. We may not be able to add a date after that point. After June 1, please contact us if your date is not listed or there are not enough seats remaining for your group.

We will add scheduled shuttles without a minimum on certain dates based on the Philmont individual programs. We will have those scheduled by February 1, 2027.

After you submit, you'll continue to secure card checkout. A 3% processing fee is added to the shuttle fare. Last-minute requests still need Main Event approval after payment.
