$125/person each way · Season April 30–November 15. We can run a shuttle with a minimum of 6 riders. There will be 14 seats available on each shuttle. Once a date is open, individuals can join.
If your date has fewer than 6 riders, your card is saved but NOT charged. When the date reaches 6 riders, we charge your saved card and email you that your shuttle is confirmed. If that charge fails, you will get a payment link and have 48 hours to pay, or the seat is released. If the date is still under 6 riders 30 days before travel (and we have not approved it to run), it is cancelled and your card is not charged. We email you a one-click offer to switch to the nearest running dates in the same direction; your saved card is charged only if you confirm a switch. If no running date is available, email bookings@scouttransport.com for options.
All shuttle dates are finalized by June 1. We may not be able to add a date after that point. After June 1, please contact us if your date is not listed or there are not enough seats remaining for your group.
We will add scheduled shuttles without a minimum on certain dates based on the Philmont individual programs. We will have those scheduled by February 1, 2027.

After you submit, you'll continue to secure card checkout. A 3% processing fee is added to the shuttle fare. Last-minute requests still need Main Event approval after payment.
