How it works

1. 1Pick a direction and date (or join an interest-list date). All shuttle dates are finalized by June 1. We will add scheduled shuttles without a minimum on certain dates based on the Philmont individual programs. We will have those scheduled by February 1, 2027.
2. 2Commit your party — we can run a shuttle with a minimum of 6 riders. There will be 14 seats available on each shuttle. Once a date is open, individuals can join.
3. 3Share one set of flight and contact details for the whole party (airline, flight number, arrival/departure time as needed, mobile, email, emergency contact).
4. 4Submit your request and pay by card at checkout (includes a 3% processing fee). Within 24 hours of departure: pay in full + Main Event approval before confirmed.

FAQ

How does shared shuttle pricing work?

Each seat is $125 one-way. Round-trip is simply two one-ways ($250/person). At checkout a 3% card processing fee is added to the shuttle fare (total charged = fare × 1.03).

When does a date “open”?

We can run a shuttle with a minimum of 6 riders. There will be 14 seats available on each shuttle. Once a date is open, individuals can join. What are the departure times?

Albuquerque → Philmont departs 1:30 PM. Philmont → Albuquerque departs 7:30 AM.

What flight and contact info do you need?

Flight and contact details are collected once per booking and cover your whole party (for example, all 6 seats). For Albuquerque → Philmont we need airline, flight number, and arrival time (Your flight must land at ABQ by 12:45 PM). For Philmont → Albuquerque we need airline and flight number; departure flight time is optional. Mobile phone, email, and an emergency contact name + phone are always required.

What season do you run?

May–August — aligned with the Philmont summer season. Ask us about shoulder dates.

Who operates the service?

Are shuttle dates finalized by June 1?

All shuttle dates are finalized by June 1. We may not be able to add a date after that point. After June 1, please contact us if your date is not listed or there are not enough seats remaining for your group.

What if I book within 24 hours of departure?

Bookings within 24 hours of departure must be paid in full and approved by Main Event before they are confirmed. Seats are only held once we verify availability.

How do I pay?

Pay by card at checkout. After you submit a booking request you’ll be redirected to secure card checkout. The total includes a 3% card processing fee on top of the shuttle fare. We’ll confirm seats by email or phone. Last-minute bookings (within 24 hours) require payment in full before Main Event confirms.
